The New Hanso Foundation

After it seemed that The Lost Experience appeared to have come to a rather disappointing conclusion, fans who followed the unfolding drama over the summer may have (understandably) been a bit underwhelmed.

After all, what started off as a promising web site and adventure into exposing The Hanso Foundation morphed into a massive and ultimately unwieldy creation that dragged on and on and ultimately produced… almost nothing.

But now it seems that perhaps the adventure isn’t over just yet.

Apparently, Alvar Hanso himself has returned to the helm of The Hanso Foundation, and he offers up a sort of apology, gratitude towards his daughter, Rachel Blake, in a statement on the web site that promises his dedication to the pursuit of truth and a request for your assistance. Naturally, it’s not the end.

Should you feel like continuing the quest, simply click the second occurrence of the word humanity (the final word in the third paragraph), and you will view a clip of what appears to be Thomas Mittelwerk, along with audio that states “You’ve taken a battle, but that’s all it was, a battle. Humanity needs me now more than ever. I have the virus, I have the will, and I will not fail.”
