Some more great reporting from the Charlotte Observer. Admittedly, it may be less a production of the newswriting staff than the technical folks who forgot to remove the “hedline goes here” fluff before publishing, but it’s still amusing.
I’m all for the convenience of putting things online – but wouldn’t it make sense to actually put some content online, instead of some space-filling templates? Even your standard blogging software just keeps it rolling. Surely a big-time newspaper like the Observer can figure that out, right? Right?
