The antibiotics that I took earlier seem to be helping. My nose is clearing up nicely and there doesn't seem to be much pain left (in my nasal passages, I mean). Can't quite get to sleep though, and my head is bothering me a bit, so I took some Acetaminophen of the "PM" variety (includes Diphenhydramine).
Update: That worked well. Good night's sleep. First time in a few days. I needed that.
No luck on the Ibuprofen yet, so I tried a smaller dose of Acetaminophen. It helped with my stomach, but it's still not really helping my head. I ended up spending much of the day on the couch since I couldn't really get rid of my headache. At the end, I did manage to get to Eckerd, to pick up some Ibuprofen, which was nice. I'm looking forward to a good night's sleep for once.
After the Naproxen Nightmare, I figured I'll just stick to my trusty Ibuprofen. But I couldn't find any. So I decided to try some Acetaminophen, which is essentially Tylenol - it just came from Wal-Mart. So I tried a couple of pills, and what do you know, my stomach just roiled again. I couldn't sleep, I could barely eat, my head pounded even worse. So maybe it's a quantity thing, as I usually take a pretty small amount of Ibuprofen. I don't know. I'll try something else tomorrow, unless I can get some more Ibuprofen.
