PJ's Family Restaurant Review (Charlotte, NC 28205) »
For an area that is somewhat rundown, this place is in surprisingly good shape. The area around it is a bit rough, perhaps, and the parking lot isn't the best. The inside is friendly enough and the staff is okay, but they probably won't win too many prizes for making you feel welcome, but they aren't outright rude or anything like that.
The specials are fairly mundane and the food is served with reasonable service, but there's no real reason to go back here. The eggs are cooked well enough, but it seems like the cook will prepare them as they like, which isn't necessarily the same as you order them.
If you're in this area, I would drive a block or so away and go to Dino's Family Restaurant instead. The service is better, the food comes up faster, you'll get what you order and the prices are the same. Why would you choose PJ's?
