Don't Back Down

Royal Pizza Review »

We just happened to be staying in one of the hotels in Norwood, and were looking for something quick, cheap and even greasy to eat, and saw a sign directing us to pizza just across the way. The only problem is that it took us a while to find the place.

The first problem is that there aren't a lot of places where you can turn on the main highway through Norwood. The second problem is that the shop is pretty well hidden way back in a corner of a strip mall, and it's not easy to find, but it is there.

If you should manage to find your way back into the corner, then it's well worth the effort, because the subs are fresh, made to order and huge - even the small are easily capable of feeding two people, probably with some left over. Unfortunately, we weren't in town long enough to try out the pizza, but if we're ever there again, we will certainly do so.
