While it doesn't seem large from the outside, the building houses a three-story monster on the inside. The portions are gigantic. Thinking we would keep it light, we ordered an appetizer to share and skip salads, but after just picking at the appetizer we still only finished perhaps half of our meals.
We likely could have shared a single plate without the appetizer and not finished it. Naturally, we did order dessert (a cannoli), we just had to take it home with us in order to eat it. It was fantastic - perhaps the best I'd ever eaten. The food was excellent, though the service was a bit on the slow side. A good choice within Federal Hill.
