Dunkin Donuts Review (North Kingstown, RI 02852) »

It's not uncommon to find Dunkin Donuts on just about every corner in Rhode Island, but we just happened to stop at this one. We were, in fact, looking for a gas station - which you can find on every corner in North Carolina, but they are amazingly difficult to find in Rhode Island.

Nonetheless, this is a fairly new location, and also very well-staffed. The staff is also apparently well-trained in the art of multitasking customers, with one (or more) employees taking the order from the customer and one person then ringing them up on the register.

Unfortunately, it seems that they all missed the class where they work together, because you tell one person what you want, the next person what you want and then the person at the register what you ordered. Then you move to the pick-up area, where you again tell them what you ordered. There is absolutely no working together.

We've been to other locations where it works well, but not here, at least not on this day. As to the food? It's standard Dunkin Donuts fare. Nothing special.

They are new here in Las Vegas and they have the worst custmer service and the coffee tastes sour. I've complained to corporate and they gave me $5 to go back and endure the pain again?! LOL!
