Ninety's Sandwiches and Ice Cream Review (Charlotte, NC 28262) »
One night in the University Area we were looking for a quick bite, and not wanting to stop at the usual fast food place, we instead opted to visit this sandwich shop. The fare was a bit out of the ordinary, but not much. For the kids, there were hot dogs and grilled cheese. For adults, the gourmet selection was really just your usual sandwich selection on fancy bread.
I opted for the chicken salad melt, which was different only in that it was made with pecans and was served on one of the aforementioned fancy breads (I can't actually recall what sort of fancy bread). It was okay, but not earth-shattering. Definitely a more affordable option than some of the other places in the area, and the service was at least pleasant, and relatively quick.
