You'll find a few drive-in restaurants around Charlotte, and the Bar-B-Q King is as good as any of them. The selection is good, but most visitors seem to be there for the sandwiches: barbecues, hamburgers and hot dogs.
The onion rings are good and come piled high, and they serve Cherry Lemon Sun Drops the old-fashioned way, with the cherry and lemon added separately, not served from a premix.
