Waldhorn Restaurant Review (Pineville, NC 28134) »
This morning we decided to get up and head out for brunch, and what's better than a brunch buffet on a nice Easter Sunday?
Of course, living in Charlotte, that could be a problem. It's a well-known fact that there are only two brunch buffet restaurants in Charlotte.
One of them can be found at Ballantyne, but it's rather expensive. Luckily, we have the Waldhorn to come to the rescue (there are a few other restaurants in Charlotte that step up for Easter, but why reward them?).
The only problem is that the Waldhorn was packed. As early as Wednesday, there were no reservations left. So we showed up at about 11:30 and took our chances. The day was nice, so we thought we might sit outside. No such luck. The wait was as long as 40 minutes. Luckily, there were seats at the bar. With zero wait. Sweet! We took them up on the offer and had a great time.
