Ibuprofen, 200mg »
Once again I woke up with a headache, but this one wasn't too bad. It may have been caused because I was tossing and turning, wanting to make sure that I didn't miss the time change. My mind tends to get caught up in those things. Still, it was bothering me, so I took a single pill. Seems to be doing okay at this point.

I set my clocks the night before. If 200 mg does the job, that's a very small dose. I always take 600 mg when I need help. My father was taking 2400 mg for his back pain, but it really upset his stomach.

As do I - but some of our clocks are of the variety that are supposed to set themselves.
In actuality, they do the job quite well, but I always wonder regardless, and wake up in the middle of the night to check the clock against a watch or phone or something that doesn't set itself, just so I can make sure.
As to the dosage, yes, 200mg is quite small, but it usually does the trick, and I like to try and minimize the chance of interaction as much as possible (been bitten too many times).
