For those of you using AT&T Wireless, who have been transferred to - or are being transferred to - Suncom Wireless as a result of the AT&T merger with Cingular, Suncom has put together a pretty reasonable page full of questions and answers (no longer online - presumably they're done now, so you can't ask any further questions).
