MT-Notifier 2.4.0 »
I just posted MT-Notifier version 2.4.0.
This release adds support for transferring Movable Type notifications into the Notifier system.
These are created as entry-only subscriptions, as that's what they are in MT. As such, if you have a blog configured to send comments only (either directly, or through the site-wide option), these subscriptions will not be created.
This behavior is by design, to mimic the MT function as closely as possible. Thanks for the suggestion, Simon!

When I try to "Update Notification Type" to "Entries", it always defaults back to "Comments and Entries" when I save.
Thanks!

Can you be more specific? That is, can you tell me where you are doing this? Is it on the site-wide configuration, or on a particular blog (or category)?

I'm getting that same behavior - I had Notifier set to "Comments and Entries" and then had the individual blog set to email new comments. So when I posted a comment, I received it twice - once from MT and once from Notifier. (v2.3.5) I don't want them from both MT and Notifier, so I went into the weblog config and unchecked "Email New Comments". Then I made another comment to the blog and got no notification at all; none from MT and none from Notifier, even though Notifier is still set for "Comments and Entries".
Then I enabled emailing new comments again from the weblog config, and came in here looking for info, saw the update (v2.4.1) and so installed that just now. Works fine, but I'm still unable to select "Entries Only" on the Notifier Config screen.
If you need more info or want to take a look at the blog, just let me know. :)

Thanks for the extended information. It's fixed now.
