A New Category »
I recently realized that I'd written a number of entries over the last five months that didn't end up in the right place. Some were in About a Blog, others could be found in Family Fare, and there were probably one or two scattered elsewhere. Well, I finally noticed that they were all about the same general topic, and I figured I'd start a new category.
So here it is. Introducing Take This Job.
This category isn't specifically about any particular job, but more about different aspects of receiving something in exchange for doing something. Or even about the things that happen in the course of such a pursuit. There are entries about receiving items from my wish list, there are entries about when I lost my job, and there are naturally entries about Everitz Consulting, the company we recently created.
As with the other categories, you likely won't be able to draw a hard-and-fast line around every entry in the category, but I'll try and make it so that you can do so as much as possible. If nothing else, it should be an adventure. I hope you enjoy the trip.
Update: After about a year of intermittent categories, I determined that it would just make more sense to distribute these entries back across the other categories. So the "Take This Job" category is no more, and will redirect you to the "Family Fare" category, since the two are generally pretty closely related.
