MT-SomeDays 2.4.0 »
I've got another incremental update to MT-SomeDays.
This version takes full advantage of the current date context if used within a date-based archive. For instance, if the <MTSomeDays> container is placed on a weekly archive, then that week is, by default, the one that is returned. You can override this behavior by use of the date-setting and selecting attributes.
Additionally, another attribute has been added to the container. Now you can select date="today" in order to build a container around the current system date, no matter where you place the container. Let's say you want to have a calendar for the current week in every archive, no matter which. Just use this attribute to set the day appropriately.
One final note - if you choose a date different from the current context without selecting what to return, keep in mind that MT-SomeDays will return data according to the current context. So if you're on a weekly archive, you'll get a week back unless you override it with the select attribute.
