A 250 mile race across the dessert by robot cars. A whole set of artistic robots. And now, a robot grill at McDonald's. Those of you who scoffed at that 50-year vision of a robotic nation from last week's report may want to think again!
At least we can still use our voice to control fancy new versions of those little reflective things on roadways in case of emergency. It really sounds pretty cool, but what geek wouldn't just sit in the control room all day seeing how quickly he could create an HTML color chart out of a series of those reflectors? What was the hex code for green again?
In aggregator news, Luke Hutteman has released a new version of his excellent SharpReader. The .NET runtime is required. A reminder for those of you who'd rather do your reading from a server-based aggregator that Bloglines is also in business and does a bang-up job of getting your news from anywhere - no downloads required!
